Hello everyone!
I do apologize for the lack of posts the past two weeks; I’ve been sick for sometime, so I wanted to focus on getting better as quickly as possible in order to be back at my 100% by this week.
While I was sick, I had neither energy nor desire to wear any sort of jeans or pants, even though they are my bottoms of choice on a regular weekday. Majority of the time, I went about my day in a pair of leggings or tights and a cozy sweater (as the temperatures also dropped quite drastically in the past few weeks) and a pair of tall boots. This particular outfit was kind of the transition outfit out of my sick days, I guess you can say. I still decided to go for a sweater and pair of tights, but instead of leaving it at that, I layered the sweater with a little black dress I’ve had for ages. I’m not a particular fan of the top half of the dress (which has ruffles), but I do really like the lace in the bottom half. Of course, I finished off the look with my most comfortable pair of black pumps.
